Mommas, Don’t Let Your Babies Be Taken by CPS

Situation:

A mother of an autistic girl is at her wit’s end. The child is banging her head and getting harder and harder to control, so the mother gets a doctor’s approval to use medical cannabis for her daughter.  She gets terrible advice on dosing, and someone at the school reports that the child smells like cannabis and is showing signs of intoxication. CPS workers get a warrant, claiming there was no doctor’s approval, and take both her daughters, one of whom was perfectly fine. 

Hearing:

With the testimony of an expert cannabis doctor, the girls are returned at the first court hearing, and the case is later dismissed.
